• 6th Grade Social Studies

    Students will be utilizing Google Classroom this year for most assignments. Parents should and are always welcome to sit down with their children and become involved with each assignment. This doesn't mean do the assignment for them, it simply means that parents are welcome to help, and become active lifelong learners with our class. Knowing what is going on in the class will allow parents and students the opportunity to learn and grow together. I hope you you enjoy the year.  
     
    Google Classroom can be accessed through Google's homepage. Remember that each student has his or her own username and password!

  • 8th Grade Geography Class

    Students will gain an understanding of Geography though the study of terms, political and physical maps, social systems, climate, population, resources, and economic influence. This course will also provide the student with information regarding major countries, their capitols, major religions, economic and political systems, climate, population, current events throughout the region, among other pertinent information. This class will utilize Google Classroom which will help put an emphasis on the use of technology as an educational tool. Students should sign in to Google with their personal username and password. The classroom will be open to all students in each cycle.
