    Brief Bio:

My name is Michele Spinello and I am a second grade teacher at Millington School. I have received a dual bachelor's degree from Kean University in Elementary Education and English.  My career began at Millington School where I taught third grade, until I began my family.  For the past thirteen years, I have been a Basic Skills teacher at Millington.  This position enabled me to work with many different teachers, in many different grades. I also had the pleasure of being an active member of the I&RS committee.  Second grade is my new home and I am extremely excited to begin this journey.  I am honored to be a teacher for the Long Hill Township school district and I thank all of you parents for giving me the opportunity to work with your extraordinary children. They have made me the teacher that I am today!

    Expectations:

It is my job to make your child's learning experience a positive one that allows them to continue to grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Together, we will give your child the tools that they will need to be successful both in school and at home. I will work closely with each of you to ensure that we are giving the children the strongest support system that they need to be successful. It is important for them to continue their love of learning for years to come. Each child will enter my room with a smile and leave with an even larger one. :)

Homework should take between 20-30 minutes each night.
