Nut Free: 

We are a peanut & tree nut free classroom.  Students will have a quick snack in the middle of the day. We also eat lunch in the classroom on delayed openings.  Please do not send your child with any nut products for a daily snack or on delayed openings. Thank you! 

Birthdays:

Due to the fifth grade schedule, it is often hard to celebrate birthdays in homeroom on the actual date. A note will go home with your child about a week before his or her birthday listing a couple of dates we can celebrate. Please select one of the dates and send the treats into school before 11:15. Please remember the treats must be nut free. We have 20 students in our homeroom. Students with birthdays in July and August will have an oppurtunity to celebrate a half-birthday in the winter.
