I have lived in New Jersey my entire life other than college, and have lived in the suburbs, down the shore, and in farm country.  I currently live in rural Sussex County where I enjoy nature, skiing, and hiking the Appalacian Trail with my Goldendoodle, Bodhi. I have a passion for exotic flavors and cooking with spices from around the world.  I love learning and sharing what I learn with others.  One of my favorite types of learning is done virtually through various universities via the internet that allows me to be in class with others from all over the country. I have two wonderful adult children, Maximilian and Lydia who are both living and working in New York State.  Both Max and Lydia were educated here in Long Hill Township Public Schools, went on to Watchung Hills Regional High School, and continued on to college.
