• Intervention & Referral Services

    Intervention and Referral Services (I&RS) is a team of teachers and staff that exists in every school. The I&RS team's purpose is to develop plans to assist students who are experiencing learning, behavior, or health difficulties and to assist staff in developing strategies to address these needs.  Teachers and staff refer students to the I&RS committee.  Parents will be notified of when the I&RS meeting will take place concerning their child.  Parents are not obligated to attend the meetings, but are highly encouraged to be part of the team.
